Schedules will vary slightly among our various locations but generally they will follow the following schedule. You will be notified if your child has class any time during the following breaks.
Classes will run from September through May with the following schedule:
Thanksgiving Break: November 20th-24th
Winter Break: December 2oth through January 2nd
Spring Break: March 14th-18th
Spring Recital Date TBA

How long will my child be enrolled in the class? How do I cancel enrollment?
We require a 4 week notice when cancelling your child from class. Billing will continue until we are notified. Students will never be withdrawn from class (even at the start of a new session) unless we are notified by phone or email. We hope you will never want to leave, but if you do please fill out our Cancellation Form , call us at 512-257-0733 or email email@example.com and let us know! You will be responsible for your child’s tuition if cancellation is made after the 1st of the month.***PLEASE NOTE: May tuition is due in full in order to participate in our spring recital.
How much is tuition?

Classes at the Rattan Creek Community Center and Lakeway Activity Center are as follows:
One hour Kinderdance/Kindercombo (ages 3-10) is $68/month
30 minute KinderGym (age 3-5) and KinderTots (age 2) is $58/month
There is a $25 annual registration fee.

Tuition and registration fees are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. Notification to withdraw from class must be received in writing by KDNA by the 15th of the month in order to stop tuition payment for the following month. No exceptions. KDNA follows the RRISD school calendar in regards to no classes…. Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break, as well as any other school holidays observed by individual school locations. Total value of lost dance days due to holiday or holiday breaks has been considered and is reflected in the monthly tuition amount. There are no additional refunds or credits for missed dance days due to holidays. Kinderdance of North Austin follows Round Rock ISD for weather cancellations/delays. There will be no make up classes or refunds for classes cancelled due to bad weather.
Can I ever come watch the classes?
Yes! After the first four weeks of classes you may come watch your child in class once per month. The first four weeks are used to help the children get used to the teacher and routine of the class.
Will there be a recital?
Yes! We will have a show each spring demonstrating all your child has learned throughout the school year complete with tutus! Please note: May Tuition is due in full in order to participate in our spring recital.
Where can I buy dance shoes/clothes for my child?
Kinderdance will no longer be selling dance-wear/shoes beginning August 1st, 2011. Dance shoes and clothes can be found at a reasonable price at Payless, Target, and Academy. Click here for specialty dancewear shop locations in town.
Is tuition prorated if my child is absent or if the month only has 3 classes?
Tuition is based on a full school year of dancing. Therefore, there is no need for prorating tuition. All tuitions are based on an average of four (4) lessons per month. Months with five lessons are considered to balance against those months with three lessons (i.e., those with holidays). Sorry, no reimbursement is given for student absences.
How do I pay my tuition?
Tuition is due by the 1st of each month. A $10 late fee will be added after the 8th of the month. Customers are required to be on auto-billing with their MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card. Annual Registration Fees will also be auto-charged to all accounts at the beginning of each dance year, September 1st.
Bad Weather Policy
Kinderdance of North Austin follows Austin and Round Rock ISD weather cancellations/delays. There will be no make up classes or refunds for classes cancelled due to bad weather.
